The "Breath of Life" Bus shuttle was an answer to a call to artists that asked for suggestions to cover five of Chattanooga's electric bus shuttles in art work. After the designs were selected, the buses were wrapped in printed vinyl that featured the design.

The narrative of "Breath of Life" was as follows:
"Our natural world is in constant motion. Trees are fundamental characters, breathing, standing, and flexible symbols. They're a clear sign of invisible change."
